If you hired a service remotely, you can revoke your acceptance within 10 calendar days of hiring, at no cost or liability, under section 34 of Law No. 24,240 and Resolution 424/2020.

Fill in the form with the order number you received in your confirmation email (for example, FX-260926-AB12). If you hired us via WhatsApp or email and don't have an order number, enter your phone number. When you submit the request, you'll receive a request code by email as proof.
