Flux Translations is the trade name of Florencia Paula Kievsky, Certified English Public Translator licensed by the Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (CTPCBA), Book XVII, Page 438, with address at Avenida Cerviño 3584 1°B, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is the data controller for the personal data we receive through this website, the email address [email protected], and the related WhatsApp account.

This policy is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and supplementary regulations.

We keep the documents and files of each quote for 45 days after delivering the translation, to handle questions or corrections, and then we delete them. Data needed for invoicing is kept for the periods required by tax regulations.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, in accordance with section 9 of Law No. 25,326, such as restricted access, protected accounts, and encrypted connections.

The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection regulations in force.
