Before you order
Do I need to send the hard copy of the original?
For the online option, we will work on the original digital file, but a clear photo or a PDF is enough to request a quote. For the physical option, we pick up and deliver the document in the City of Buenos Aires by courier.
Do I need an apostille? How do I get one?
It depends on the requirements of the institution, so check whether it is required before the translation. Documents issued outside Argentina are apostilled in the country that issued them. Argentine documents can be apostilled at the Buenos Aires Notary Publics’ Association or online through the Trámites a Distancia (TAD) system.
How do I view a legalized translation correctly?
You will receive the translation as a digitally signed PDF. The first thing you see is the legalization; the translation and the original are included as attachments to the PDF. Chrome, Edge or Safari only show the first page of the legalization and you can't open the attachments.
You must download the file and open it with a free desktop program, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit PDF Reader, to see the translation and the original correctly.
